My sister has been under his care for four months now. He is an extremely compassionate human being and an amazing doctor. Excellent bed side manners. We need more people like him in this world.

Dr Rosales is the most irresponsible doctor I ever meet in CLEVELAND CLINIC. I'm waiting for him since this morning in the 3rd floor of the hospital. Fourth times he has been called to request to help and or call me and he doesn't care about the patients. I don't know why am I here at the hospital. Please avoid him.
