Dr. Arlene Hallegado, MD

Patient reps Jessica Edward's checked me in and was so friendly and kind. Nurse Betsy Costin got me ready and game me an amazing flu shot with no pain! Dr Hallegado came in and proceeded to do the most thorough physical exam I've ever had. I'm mid thirties and she went over EVERYTHING! Things I would've never thought of are on my radar now. She checked me head to toe, even my joints! We did several screenings and gameplanned how to get my health to its optimal level. I didn't wait at all but if i had it would've been WELL worth it! Will see her again and highly recommend her!

I had an wonderful experience with Dr. Hallegado as she really explained every situation that I had. Something that an previous physician in the area wouldn't have done.

I didn't really like her before but this is too much. A "doctor" who isn't "comfortable" seeing patients because of the pandemic. NOT sick people mind you, WELL people who just need to update their blood pressure medication prescription. Healthcare workers are such heroes....

I love Dr. Hallegado! She was the first one in a very long time who cared enough to actually help me address my issues, and I had quite a few of them. She genuinely cares and it shows. she has never rushed through an appointment either. The care she has given to me at every single appointment I know she gives to every other patient she sees. Her assist Sheylak matches Dr. Hallegado's care and compassion for every patient. She compliments Dr. Hallegado like no one else can when it comes to your medical team. I wish I could see them both for every issue.

Dr. Hallegado is easy to talk to and a straight shooter. Her knowledge is massive and she really cares.

was one of the most belittling , shocking visits i have ever had with anyone in a professional business. First I had a paper from my doctor of 25 yrs, stating i needed a mri of my brain due to un normal one from earlier, memory loss , dizziness. Arlene sat and questioned me with 100 reasons why i should have one even after seeing the paper from my doc. Then going down my history my ectopic pregnancy, she just kept sayin " thats unheard of , that doesnt happen." the rest is on yelp and facebook.

I went there for chest pains & she would ask me a question & as i try to explain/give her my answer she would cut me off rudely. Didn't care i was in pain and just say it's not your heart because it is protected by your rib bones, duh I'm not stupid nor am i slow. I'm trying to find a doctor who cares about there patients and I'm not wasting my extremely expensive $30.00 co-payment for a 5 minute visit. I work way to hard for my money, to waste my money on a doctor who is just there for the $$$$

I have a loss of trust in Dr. HALLEGADO because she has now instructed me to take the wrong medication on two separate visits. I will not continue to rely on her for my healthcare again. She also doesn’t wash/sanitize her hands upon entering the room all three time she I have seen her. I will request a new doctor on Monday and plan to express my serious concerns.
