Called today to discuss an issue with a bill from 12/31/2015. Today is 2/3/2017. Spoke with someone in billing who told me I needed to call the insurance company for the insurance number. I told her that was part of her job and she hung up on me. So I call the insurance company and call her back. This time, I got her name..Tammy!! Gave her the insurance number and told her maybe she needed to take a professionalism class since she hung up on me..And she hung up on me again! What a rude lady!!

Billing looks like a Fishing Letter for money. Billed for services 6 months after appointment. Not affiliated with any Medical Institution, hospital, or practice.

My experience with this doctor's staff was quite undesirable and immensely unprofessional! I called to resolve a billing issue and the lack of knowledge in Medicaid/Managed Care billing procedures was astounding! The call ended with staff being very rude, insistent that there was no one else I could speak with to resolve this issue and hung up on my when I called her out on her attitude. *This is NO reflection on Noyes
