Smart doc, figured out in a few hours what my other docs have been working on months to do. Quick, efficient, and caring, wish he had an office!

Went to the ER at the direction of my PCP because of some worsening issues that I could no longer manage at home. When I got to the ER it was packed and the waiting room was pretty much full. I was worried that I wouldn't get attended to but Dr. Azam saw me almost immediately while I was checking in. While the waiting conditions weren't great he did apologize and said he'd do what he could to get things started for me. Soon after I had some blood work drawn and before I even made it back to an actual bed Dr. Azam came back to check on me and told me he had already admitted me to the hospital. I do go to the hospital pretty often so it was definitely a nice change to be attended to so quickly and he made an otherwise difficult situation much better for me.

I have been to many hospitals in my life and I have never seen such rude bedside manner from a doctor ever. We specifically came to this hospital for their experienced doctors and Dr. Azam did nothing but question why we are at that facility. My mother was the patient and he was belittling and so extremely disrespectful. Just because you have an MD does NOT make you better than everyone else. I would give him zero stars, but the website won’t let me. We ended up leaving and going to another dr.
