Dr. Ahmad is amazing. He is very caring and kind. He listens and answers all of my questions. My surgery was for Hiatal hernia and Fundoplication. Dr Ahmad and his team of doctors Took very good care of me before, during, and after the surgery. I had no complications. I am feeling so much better since the surgery. I am so happy I chose Dr. Ahmad and will be forever grateful to him for fixing me. I highly recommend Dr. Ahmad.

Start to finish, the wait times are long, and the staff is not friendly, bordering on rude. If you do have your surgery here, you will deal with many surgeons, so good luck with that. Don’t have surgery late in the week, the after care package you get when surgery is completed tells you that you are on your own from 6PM Friday until 6 AM Monday, so when you have a fever and complications like I did, you can discuss it with the 911 operator because the surgeons don’t care until Monday. You will be expected to pay the doctor, hospital, and anesthesia separately, so don’t expect a clear estimate. Then when you still have pain every time you pee, they’ll tell you its normal, may be permanent, and we’ll see how it goes. Oh, and if you’ve lost weight like I have, they’ll body shame you on the way out, to get you to make an appointment with their new cosmetic surgeon.

I trust Dr Ahmad completely! He is very skilled and knowledgeable in all areas of Bariatric surgery. His bedside manner is very calming and he has treated me in the most nonjudgmental way. The entire process is incredibly stressful, but I knew I was in excellent hands
