He's all business when it comes to your heart.
If you want a doctor to hold your hand and tell you everything is going to be alright, he's not for you. If you want a cardiologist that will figure out what's going on and get it straight, this is the Dr for you. He is very upfront and tells you what he sees and will work for a solution. He doesn't chit chat or beat around the bush. The staff is very efficient and nice. The wait time is pretty good compared to some.

Condescending, rushed, wavering in advice
Dr Abdullah was condescending, rushed, and wavering in advice. I took my 86yo mom to see him per the recommendation of her PCP/NP due to extreme elevated blood pressure for several weeks. Dr. Abdullah acted as if this condition was beneath his level of expertise and told us that we didn't need to be there (as if we were wasting his time) and needed to return to our nurse practitioner. When asked about his response, he then changed his tune and said he needed to do more tests. With differing information, we asked for clarification and he got upset and stated 'what do you want me to do'. Our response was, we would like to know his professional opinion. He became confrontational. Perhaps, he was having a difficult day, but I would not recommend any healthcare provider that interacts in this manner.

Dr. Abdullah was extremely rude to me today. His nurse had said I didn't need to keep my mask on in the room so I took it off. When I told him that I am not getting vaccinated for Covid-19 he went off on me. He said, "You must not care about making other people sick, you aren't even wearing a mask!" "You have no consideration for other people!" I had also told him I cannot take the flu shot because every time I became very sick and was afraid, like all of the people I know that got the Covid-19 vaccination, would become extremely ill. I am high risk with all of my health issues. He never addressed my blood pressure being 207/107 etc. My doctor sent me to see him because she said I had something show up on the 72 hour heart monitor, not so I could be insulted and made to feel like a leaper. I will not ever grace his office again, not would I take my dog to him. My beloved pet had been torn to shreds this morning and I was already upset enough. My 3rd visit and last.

Dr. Abdullah is a great doctor that does not put you on the back burner about your concerns. He is always very professional in the way he treats his patients. I was placed on Blue Cross Blue Shields HMO program and had to pick a doctor in the program I went to there doctor who was also a cardiologist. after reviewing his stats pertaining to heart caths. I had to change doctors where I could still use Dr. Abdullah as my cardiologist. In my opinion he is the best of the best!!
