Will run tests but not follow thru on needed items
Dr G willing to run tests, refer for lots of neuro tests whether needed or not BUT when I request results not directly sent to portal, no return calls or results, even when requested at next appt. Most meds ordered were held up by ins, no followup by dr to get things done. Her nurse assistant pretends to be in charge, barks at staff when she feels they messed up BUT she never does what she says she will do - get info, send critical docs before spinal or after diagnosis, wheelchair order, oxygen needs. I became fully disabled (wheelchair delayed 4 mons) and about to be fired - if she would provide note I needed accommodation, then I could keep job or receive SSDI - she refused, stated there was no reason I couldn't work despite job was very physical yet I am now partially blind, arms and legs paralyzed, need oxygen, can't drive or even dress myself. I had to abandon my apt and new furnishings after being fired and fly across the country to live with family. No wheelchair, meds, oxygen.

I knew that Dr. Greenfield was new to PAMF but I didn’t want to hold that against her and thought I would give her a chance. I saw Dr. Greenfield on several occasions for serious migraines and vertigo. The two were not related but would both happen often enough. She isn’t a very good listener and I could tell she wasn’t sure how to “deal” with me. She would recommend treatment that messed me irreparably with no more than a “yup” face and then expect me to try monthly injections that again she vaguely explained what the side effects would be. So of course I was very hesitant. Also, after a phone call with my insurance she had made up her mind to find the best way to get rid of me. An insurance company is going to do whatever they can to not pay but I guess saying I should go back to work when I can barely function mentally as I was able to before is a good idea based on her conversation with them instead of basing it on my long standing symptoms.

best neurological visit I have ever had. Looking forward to new treatment and Dr. Greenfield's help and expertise along the way. Was treated great by the staff and wait time was minimal. Great experience!

Terrible wastes of time. Bad listening skills. Wrong reading of my records. Saw me as a test animal for her idea which had nothing to do with my current condition. Careless and uncaring with constant repeating of her wrong idea does not listen for input from a patient. I am sure the MS Society will review her communication with me. She did not arrange to see me. All communication was on line with One phone call.
