Didn’t listen to me or imaging.
I had been seeing Dr. Namon for almost 6 months and was diagnosed with Chronic Sinusitis. After multiple rounds of antibiotics, it was not getting better so surgery was recommended. After receiving the sinus surgery, my symptoms did not improve. I continuously went back to the office with complaints of facial pain and many ear issues. All I was told was that “the infection is gone”. I was sent to the neurologist to get a brain MRI, which only found that I still had a sinus infection. After bringing this imaging to Dr. Namon, I was told that MRIs are too sensitive and that he cannot treat anything he doesn’t see. I then went to get a CAT scan months later, after I was instructed not to and to focus on the MRI. Come to find out, the CAT scan request was not sent in the first place. After receiving the CAT scan and reading the radiology report, it agrees with the MRI that was done. Going to see a new ENT who will hopefully listen to the patient and the imaging provided.

I have been seeing Dr. Ari Namon, MD for just about a year now. What was an exam for snoring came out to be something much worse. He noticed a lump in my neck right off the bat. He was very quick to spring into action with tests and a biopsy. I in fact had Tonsil/Neck Cancer. He spent the time needed to explain to me and my partner the details and the plan moving forward. He was very positive and reassuring. He was also empathetic and straight forward with what we needed to do. Dr. Namon is a one of a kind doctors. He's very knowledgeable, professional, thorough, wonderful bedside manor, listened to all my concerns, and lots of patience. His staff is equally as wonderful. They were able to get me in quickly and find me an appointment if none was available, it's was nice having 3 different locations to choose from so I was able to get in. I would recommend Dr. Namon to anyone looking for an ENT. Truly one of a kind doctors and I will be forever greatful for his time he has spent treating me.

Parotid Gland Cancer Surgery
My first visit, along with subsequent visits with Dr. Namon were very informative, reassuring and positive. He was empathetic while being straight forward on my diagnosis. He spent time to explain, in detail a plan to address all my questions and move forward. He laid out a plan to move follow up with testing and surgery. With a diagnosis of Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma, Dr. Namon preformed successful surgery to remove the tumor. Through all the ups and downs of my journey, Dr. Namon has kept me informed on every test result immediately, recommended further treatment and referred me to a top radiologist oncologist.I would feel very comfortable recommending Dr. Ari Namon.

Highly Recommend!
After a very short wait time at Dr. Namon's Sharon, Ct office, I was greeted and led into an examining room by a kind and gracious assistant. Almost immediately thereafter, Dr Namon shook my hand and introduced himself. This was my first appointment with him. I was instantly impressed by the doctor's warmth, his listening skills, his examination and evaluation of my symptoms. We discussed possible causes of my throat complaints and put together a plan moving forward. After making a follow-up appointment, I left the office with all confidence that my condition would be thoroughly evaluated and diagnosed. What more could one ever want from a doctor, especially one with such a wealth of knowledge and experience!

Would not recommend this office
Had several appointments with Dr Namon for a treatment called chemical cautery, which is spraying medications in my nostrils. At no time was I told this was considered surgery nor would I think it would be as each treatment took about 5 min. Well 10 months later I find out I am being billed for out patient surgery each time! I was never told this would be the case and I also paid my office visit copay for each visit. Called office several times and they keep telling me they are looking into it that was 3 months ago. Now they don’t return my calls! Beware and ask for a estimate! I now have a huge bill!

Was seen for cervical lymphadenopathy. Returned my calls either days later or not at all. No blood tests were given. Only good thing was him ordering a FNA for my lymph nodes. Kept saying "Maybe" when I asked what could cause my lymphadenopathy. Not interested in helping patients to the best of his ability. Was distant and uninterested in what I was concerned about. Do not see this doctor.

I saw this doctor in NY and he ordered a sleep study. He never communicated to me that, after his in-patient request was denied by my insurance company, that, as an out-patient, I'd have to pay over $500 out of pocket for this study. I found this out after the fact! After going through the out-patient sleep study he never gave me the results they sent to him. I contacted his office at least 8 times and never got a response. He has now moved to another state What an irresponsible doctor!
