Good Doctor
Dr. Sood is a good doctor and her staff are friendly. She was very kind and accommodating when she told me I had thyroid cancer back in 2016, supporting me each step of the way. I was glad to have such a caring doctor during such a difficult time. Most of these negative reviews appear rather bogus to me. I’ve been going here for a long time and her staff are especially great about accommodating emergencies. Common sense says ask about where blood work is sent to make sure it’s covered under your insurance. Common sense also says plan to have enough meds before going on vacation. Some of these reviews are lacking common sense. I’ve been to enough specialists to know these things and that you must be your own advocate and that doctors are people too and can make mistakes. I’ve been on the other end of the counter and know how complex meds can get. Be patient, be kind, and be the kind of person who treats others the way they want to be treated, with respect.

Terrible everything she said was wrong. She is the worst dr ive ever dealt with. If you value your health you will stay away from her and kurman shes even more pathetic than sood. Theyre in it for the money and if you get better after seeing them consider yourself lucky. She deserves negative stars but 1 star lets you read this. Be warned stay away

I love Dr. Sood. My experiences with her have not been at all like the other reviewers. I find her to be extremely thorough, kind and dedicated to my care. I sometimes wait 15 minutes or so to be seen at an appointment but I don't ever feel rushed through my visit either so I don't mind a short wait.

My daughter saw her this week and was totally embarrassed! She told my daughter she had cancer and to stop nursing her 12 month old son that it was not acceptable in this culture today! She ran no test on my daughter at all how dear her make these comments to her! There was also a student male there that made it clear he was offended for not being able to be in room with her during exam! My husband has been to her as well with a prostate problem her recommendation was to pee let water run then pee again! Hello prostate cancer is in his family. She is a quack save your money as well my friend went to her and was treated rudely!

When I started with Doctor Sood's practice, I had been hospitalized with Bipolar disorder in the past and made her aware of this. Because I was mentally ill, she assumed all my problems were delusions and I was simply med seeking. She never listened to me when I described that I am in constant mild to moderate joint pain in my wrists, fingers, knees, and ankles that flares to severe pain, said she didn't believe me. I finally got my diagnosis elsewhere though.

This so called "doctor" is an absolute quack. Save yourself time, money, and frustration and don't go here. Staff are great, the person claiming to be a doctor is horrible, no bedside manners, won't take time to listen to symptoms to diagnos issue. Sood.

Absolutely horrid doctor. No bed side manner she doesn't pull up and read your information before coming up with a conclusion. Her staff is equally as inept at health care as she is

I am only giving her 2 stars bc the office staff are always friendly to me. I had my first experience with her and im looking for a new Dr. She is super rude and unprofessional. She will diagnose you while not listening to a thing you say. My husband also saw her another day and said she was so rude that he almost said something to her but thought against it. I dont think you should turn your back and wave patients off as they ask you questions about a diagnosis. Her beside manner is the worse.

The general staff were not professional and they continuously stared like they didn't have responsibilities to complete during their shift. I brought to the attention of Dr. Sood that a staff member shared information with me about my relative, which according to Dr. Sood was not accurate. We almost ended up in a shouting match. If she doesn't want to deemed as rude, she should train her staff more professionally and not have attitudes when patients and their guests attempt to express concerns.

All these people leaving negative reviews have some type of vengeance against Dr. Sood. because they probably heard the truth and the truth hurts sometimes. But the thousands and thousands of other patients she sees or saw are out living healthy happy lives and don't bother to leave any review. Dr. Sood is a great doctor who will go above and beyond to help her patients.

Dr. Sood is just after your money! Every visit I have with her I end up having to fight over some charge they say I owe. She is my in network physician but she sent my lab work to out of network lab I fought for over 1 year not to pay a $3000 Bill. The latest, she billed me for an appointment I never had, and the date was a Sunday. The first person you see when you walk into her office is not welcoming at all and Dr. Sood doesn't really makes you feel comfortable either. I won't be returning

She is the rudest woman I've ever met in a professional field I needed my prescriptions refilled and I asked the pharmacist if the doctor can call them in because I was out of state and the pharmacist said all the doctor needed to do was to call them in and when I called her and asked her to call the man she refused to call them in and told me to get back from my vacation and coming to the office and get a written piece of paper prescription and go get it filled

I found out today that doctor's office only call with blood test results if something wrong, otherwise, discussed at next appt. At prior appt's. forget certain tests or services that I was told they were going to do. Duplicate tests when too much time has gone by, ie: balance test, before performing the more in-depth (VGA) I was scheduled & am there for , which is then rescheduled The rescheduled VGA test is canceled by the doctor's office and never rescheduled. Denied B-12 shot, etc.
