Misread file and test results. Told me I needed a procedure I didn't need. Office sent me a really nasty letter. Total waste of my time, but thankfully the error was caught before the procedure actually took place. Thankfully I'm not a worrywart, but this could have really messed up a person with anxiety. I won't be returning to that practice. That letter alone was inexcusable.

Dr. Singh is awesome! She don't rush her visits, she make sure that you understand everything that was discussed. Her bedside manners are a 10+. I'm very happy with her and her service. She made me feel very comfortable about my surgery and I greatly appreciate her.
