New Patient
The staff was completely disorganized. The receptionist Connie did not do anything with urgency or care. Spent over 30 minutes on the phone waiting for someone to answer. I confirm my with connie. When I arrived the day of my appointment they told me that Dr Shende cannot see me because she was all booked. I told them that I confirmed my appointment. And I requested to speak with Dr Shende but she refused to talk with me. To start off the office was cramped and dingy. The staff looked like they did not know how to handle anything. I saw the doctor briefly but she did not greet me whatsoever. This is not a good place to visit if you are in need of any medical assistance.

Unethical Billing Practises, Tried to collect money for services not asked for, new patients Be specific in asking her services before moving forward.

Dr Shende is an excellent doctor. She is very thorough and actually cares about her patients. I never feel rushed when I am with her. She will recommend both pharmacy meds and natural ways to better my health. I always recommend Dr. Shende to others because she's very knowledgeable and caring and that's hard to find these days. My only complaint is that her staff changes often. Sometimes her staff is amazing but right now it's just ok. Some staff are not friendly or knowledgeable as past staff
