My visit with Dr Reddy at Eye Assocs today was very professional and the personnel who participated in a few tests were excellent.

Didn’t wait long inbetween exam procedures.

Exams were great and seemed to be thorough with all involved. Only issue in checking out, was surprised of a charge for refraction. Never was told to expect this. Should have been told when appointment was scheduled months ago. I was able to pay, but some others may not and it could be a real hardship on an individual.As stated it took over 3 months to get an appointment, should not take this long to be seen.I trust Dr Reddy and her care and yes I would highly recommend her. She did my cataract surgery in 2021 with excellent results, no problems whatsoever.

I had an eye issue months before my yearly schedule appointment she fit me in, no problem. And a few weeks before my schedule yearly appointment something came up and I needed to change dates, no questions asked it was moved for my convenience. Dr. Reddy is very kind and professional.

Dr. Reddy was consistently able to answer all of my questions, she was also good at helping me relax for a laser procedure. Initially I was quite anxious, but Dr Reddy was kind.

Today was my follow up following cataract removal in February this year. Dr. Reddy and her staff are so friendly and professional that my appointments with them are something I look forward to. Dr. Reddy is always attentive, informative and patient. I really like her.

Went to see Dr Reddy for dry eyes, which I've had for a long time. She dilated and checked my eyes, and said everything is basically fine. I said what about my dry eye problem, which is especially bad in my right eye. She said put some eye lubricant in the eye and tape it shut. Huh?Not going back.

Everyone was very polite and courteous and attentive.

Dr. Reddy spent about 5 minutes with me and she was completely unhelpful. She asked no questions about my condition and was clearly interested in leaving as soon as possible. I don’t mind if a doctor doesn’t have a good answer for my symptoms, but I do think doctors should spend at least a small amount of time being thoughtful about what they’re presented with. She was dismissive of my conditions (the few parts she knew since she never asked me about them) and an absolute waste of my time and money.

Once a year as part of my diabetes mgmt I have a dilated eye exam to prevent retinopathy. Dr Reddy is very professional and excellent in her job as my eye doctor.

They got me in quicker than I thought. Did a great job love.

Dr Reddy is very friendly and pleasant I am very pleased with the procedure, and the result is excellent. Dr. Reddy is so particular and she makes me understand my options and choosing the right lenses for me.

Dr Reddy’s group and the doctor herself were all very efficient. Although I am borderline for cataract surgery the doctor did not push for me to get it done quickly
