Dr. Archana Rastogi, MD

We have been patients here for convenience the past couple years. We rarely see Dr. Rastogi but her NP is GREAT! Dr Rastogi is very DRY and dismissive to any real problems. When presented with mental health issues her words were 'do you want to take something about it or talk to someone about it' Also myself being diagnosed with an autoimmume disorder you would think that your primary care physician would try to work you in when you have cold and flu symptoms but I had to call up repeatedly to even get a 'virtual' outdoor visit. The office parking lot was empty. Her front counter staff is RARELY helpful. There is one named Christy(?) that is always sweet and offers help but this past year of 2024 whoever is manning the phones just cannot be bothered with questions and will just try to have you book another appt to just have a simple question answered. Working in the customer service industry this absolutely baffles me why people would treat patients like this. Avoid this place.

After being a patient for over 10 years, Dr Ristogi would not call in 5 days of meds to get me to my next appointment. The med I need wasn't placed on the same refill schedule as my others which makes me run out a week earlier than the others. All I asked for is a small supply until my appointment and they refused a 10 year patient plus they told me to visit Urgent Care and obviously not concerned about losing a long term patient. I'm VERY disappointed in the patient loyalty at Chase Medcare and DO NOT recommend them to anyone.

That office does not know what their doing and very rude. We’ve had referrals for specialist where they don’t agree with primary cares treatment. Receptionist is the rudest person ever.

The office made us wait 3 days for a “sick” appointment for a minor. Then refused to treat him after they mismanaged the appointment from the beginning and I was told the fee was $100 without insurance. They turned him away when he did not have the cash on him to pay for “tests” that we didn’t know to expect. Even though I was very clear he had been exposed to the flu from the beginning. The staff was extremely rude and yelling at him for not making the appointment for a sooner date when they said that that was the first available. I even called the next day to confirm and check for cancelations.

Periodic visits for multiple age, lifestyle related issues. Dr. Rastogi has been my family physician for years. Always listens, very approachable, stays up on current medical issues. She and her staff are always friendly and professional.

Has been taking care of our family !! Love her ,, She the kind of Dr if she doesn’t know what’s wrong ,she will Send you to a specialist, and I so like that about her ,,.. she treats my sons also , their just not that sick ,

Dr. Rastogi is a knowlegeable caring Doctor. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Rastogi listens to symptons...is quick in a correct so far.....diagnosis. She is a brilliant diagnostican in my opinion as a patient and RN. I like that her office has lab and xray right there. She even shares a little bit about herself. ?? I really like her.
