I have been trying to make an appointment for nearly 3 weeks now and can not get ahold of anyone. Says mailboxes are full. Even stopped by office doors locked and no sign on door as to why they weren't open. This is inexcusable. My husband is a cancer patient and needs a reliable primary doctor. Apparently we will have to choose another more suitable doctor for my husbands care. Dr Pillai get your act together.

I do NOT understand the reason for negative comments regarding Dr. Pillai's staff. I was ALWAYS treated with respect and courtesy. The Doctor is a STRAIGHT FORWARD, but very kind and PROFESSIONAL gentleman. I needed to be told to cut back on my drinking and that is EXACTLEY what he told me. Regarding the negative comments hereupon, some folks just need to lighten up and not walk around spring-loaded to the ready to be offended position. ELK (USNA '68)

I felt pretty confident under Dr. Pillai's care. Unfortunately I witnessed how unprofessional his staff members are and had to change doctors.

Dr Pallai, Is always courteous, kind and helpful, Listens patiently to my problems and Helps me feel better about my old body, and my problems. I would recommend him to anyone needing a good doctor.
