Had a first-time appointment with Dr. Pai.
I received a call from his office the day before my appoint. A big issue was made of how important it was to fill out all the info online or else I would have to come into the office a full hour before my appoint. I put some effort into completing the forms and sending them back. I had a 4:30 time and received a call from the office at 3:45 saying my appoint had been canceled. They gave me no reason but they did comment “I will try to find you another provider. “ I’m a mental health professional myself and have never had anyone ever just cancel within an hour of the time, nor would I have done so except for a crisis situation like weather. I have no interest in returning to this practice, as just because we live in a small town, I refuse to be treated less than professionally.

Dr. Pai is a very kind and compassionate psychiatrist to your Mental Health need. He was my doctor off and on thru 26 yrs of my young adult life. He is remains a pillar in my heart and mind and would refer him and his practice to anyone. Veterans are fortunate to have him on their side. I'm well and good, Rhonda.
