Dr April-Smith Gonzalez is by far the best Doctor I have ever had. I drive almost an hour to my appointments just to see her. I am not an easy patient do to anxiety regarding my health. She is kind understanding knowledgeable and truly cares.

She is my daughters doctor and was my mother’s doctor. My mother just passed away but I can say that she had great care from Dr. Smith- Gonzalez. She took her time with my mom and we never felt rushed. Amazing patience and asked the right he questions. . She was thorough and caring. One of my daughter’s appointment with the PA was a longer than expected wait time. Other than that, experience with this office has only been a pleasure.

ABSURD! My first appointment and I was NOT told to arrive earlier than the schedule, I was told that since I was THREE minutes late I wasn't going to be seen. This doctor doesn't know how to train her staff and obviously does not need my money! I am disabled and felt so humiliated trying to explain my bathroom issues reason for me 3 minutes delay... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I am filing a complaint with the FL Medical board for discrimination against my disability

I have in the past had really bad experiences with my doctors not listening to me and didn't seem to care about me or my health. My first visit to Dr. April Smith-Gonzales office was a miracle and a blessing. I finally found a doctor that listened and cared about me and the staff is awesome. I love them all.Right now typing this review I am in tears of happiness.

Dr. April Smith-Gonzalez is awesome!!! She really cares and showed it by spending a significant amount of time with me during my appointment going over my blood work results for a routine, annual check up. All of the staff at the Osteopathic Family Wellness Center is super helpful and friendly too!
