I have been seeing Dr. Hiotellis for almost 6 years now . He is always attentive and has tried to help me even when most avenues he has, have been exhausted. He has become a bit more busy now but I still appreciate his responsiveness to emails especially since I work in a place where coordinating visits is very difficult. He shows wonderful concern for his patients and does his best to make sure that I am heard. He and my pediatrician have been the best doctors I have ever seen by far.

I must say that the staff at city center family medicine is by far the best I’ve ever had. I have known dr. Hiotellis for many years. I’ve followed him from his days at Mary immaculate hospital to his opening of his own practice. You will never find a more knowledgeable physician and his 2 physicians assistants with the upmost expertise and knowledge as they have. Thank you is not even the best words of outstanding appreciation for all that you do!!

Of all the Doctors I have seen, I give the highest rating to Dr. Hiotellis. He takes time to listen to everything I say and offers the best advice. My husband and I both go to him and changing to his practice is one way of the best decisions I made. Highly recommend him and his staff.

Dr. Hiotellis is an excellent PCP. He is very personable and truly cares about the experience and care his patients receive. He has thanked me during my annual physicals for staying with him as a patient, which speaks volumes. Additionally, Dr. H is always quick to respond to patient portal messages which I really appreciate. He definitely makes you feel like a person and not a number.

Doctor H is a person who listens and very easy to talk to. He is truly a gifted and highly intelligent man that cares about his patients. He has helped me so much with my multiple health issues.

Dr. Hiotellis gives you his full attention and listens to what you are saying! He is very humble when given a complement. We left the Military Doctor and joined Dr. Hiotellis. I had been trying to the military family practice we were assigned to about always feeling like I was chocking. I started cutting off the collars of my t-shirts to take off the tension of my neck. Dr. Hiotellis listened to me on my first visit and sent me for and ultrasound then after results was sent to Dr. Almirante, MD, Endocrinologist. On 08/24/21 my goiter was taken out. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOTH OF THESE DOCTORS

Dr. H is the best Doctor I've ever had. I recommended my whole family to him! He is kind and caring. He takes his time and ask if you have any questions so you can be at ease. His staff is so wonderful too. Sam is also great. He is caring and takes his time with you as well. I will recommend Dr. H and Dr. Sam to anyone!!!!!!

My husband and I love Dr. Hiotellis and his PA, Sam Holloway. I have hated visiting doctors before, but am now feeling confident again that doctors can have our best interest at heart. All of their staff is friendly as well. They are very responsive via email, too. It's such a relief to be able to contact Dr. H when you have a concern & have your questions answered without having to come in. He's mindful of the costs of prescriptions and willing to work things out so that it doesn't burn a hole in your pocket. He has even checked-in with us on his own during a time I had a consistent flu, even recommending prescribing medicine to my husband as a preventive measure. I never feel rushed or that I'm not being heard. So grateful for having found Dr. H & his office! I trust him entirely with our family health.
