I went to Dr. Bandt after the retirement of Dr. Tannenbaum. I was always pleased with her professionalism and that of her staff. I was with her for several years before moving to Southern California. Having read the reviews below, I would say that she is having some staff problems. Those can be remedied fairly easily and I would still go to her as a physician. I haven't found a doctor in Palm Desert that I like as well and will see her when I visit the Bay Area.

I had only one visit with Dr. Bandt so cant speak much of her work but can speak to her office and lack of responsiveness. I called to cancel my appointment due to a conflict. I never received a phone call back to reschedule and then received a no show fee. I again tried to follow up and never received a phone call back, only a bill once again. Now 5 months later I finally get the billing company to call me back (after repeated calls) to tell me I need to pay even though I cancelled my appt. I suggest using a doctor office that is more organized. I will not return.

This is a review of Kelly in Dr. Bandt’s office. I have never interacted with someone so incompetent in a medical office. I was asked last minute to change my appointment time. Told that a suggested topical treatment would be filled by prescription. It wasn’t. Took almost 3 weeks to get blood test results & a copy of a payment receipt. Why? First it’s a broken fax machine, then the lab has incorrect fax #. Told that the lab will only fax test results to doctor’s office - seems archaic & most likely untrue in this day & age. I believe I had 5 separate phones calls w/Kelly since 4/19/19 each time she asked me for my email address to send receipt & lab results. After the 5th time she asked for it, I tell her it’s on my patient intake form. She can’t be bothered to “find it in a different place here” & wants it again. At that point I went directly to lab to obtain my results. A week goes by & Kelly called again for my email. Are you kidding me? Nope. I’m done.

Dr. Anya is professional and explains all procedures. My father comes here for skin checks, toe nail issues and I come here for Laser and healthy skin checks. I would highly recommend her!

Marianne Marquez is an experienced, knowledgeable and gentle Esthetician who provides great care before, during and after the Micro-needling treatments that I receive. Dr. Bandt provides superior advice and service as a Dermatologist - she identifies potential issues in early stages and has a great bedside manner. Her office is pleasant and easy to get to.

I felt so comfortable and at ease with her from the second I met her. She explained the procedure in a way that was easy to understand and guided me through each treatment. I have had about a dozen skin cancers done by doctor bandt including large ones on my ear and nose. she did great work. you would not know anything had been done.

She is amazing, honest and direct. I really like her and would highly recommend her to anyone.

My experience was horrendous. I waited 3 weeks for an appointment, then was called the day before and told that Dr. Bandt decided to take the day off for Passover, so they were canceling my appointment. How is that acceptable- Passover is a calendar holiday that can be planned in advance for? I took 3 days off work because this treatment required downtime. Dr. Bandt lied to me and said they just decided not to do that particular treatment anymore. Her office staff outed her about the holiday.
