Physical examination

I have been a patient for a few years and after my recent visit I’ll be looking for a new doctor. The visits are always rushed and she comes off extremely rude the majority of the time. I don’t feel she takes the time to listen to my concerns or the overall picture of what’s going on. This last visit was a little more serious and was basically rushed out. I put my foot down and asked her to allow me to finish speaking to listen to what I had to say. It made no difference at all.

Dr. R is a very good doctor. She takes time with her patients, & she is very thorough. She answers any questions you may have. I would definitely recommend her.

She’s always right on in her diagnosis. She’s soooo intelligent. She has excellent bedside manners she talks to you in late terms, but will explain things to you. She’s just amazing.

Very helpful doctor and staff is amazing. Eventhough Dr. Rangarajan is not my children's pcp she has seen my daughter since our pcp is out and has been very helpful. Did not rush our appointments and has been amazing. Would definitely recommend this clinic and doctors.

Was my first time visiting with my Autistic daughter. Was very impressed with the cleanliness of the site and the friendliness of the staff. Waited for a bit until Dr. Rangarajan was free to visit. Really didn’t mind as the whole experience so far was great. As soon as Dr. Rangarajan came in, she sounded aggravated and a bit frustrated. Visit felt rushed as she corrected me on the policies regarding blood work. She asked several times “What do you want me to do! Send your blood work to your Neurologist? “ Was really awkward since this was the first time I’ve ever seen this Dr. with my daughter. I just couldn’t understand why she seemed so frustrated.

I have been a patient for about 8 yrs. Dr R has worked with me patiently through all my problems. Her staff is also very pleasant. Overall, the office is awesome from the front office to her medical assts

Dr. Rangarajan did a six month check on my blood pressure and other health issues. She is very thorough and answered all of my questions.

I have gone to Dr. Rangarajan for about fifteen years now, and recommended her to my dad and my best friend. My dad went to her until he passed at the age of 92 and my best friend also continues to see her. I am very pleased with Dr. R . She is very knowledgeable, takes the time to ask and answer questions , is friendly, patient, and l feel she gets to know her patients. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

On time, efficient and cordial office check in, knowledgeable staff. Dr Rangarajan is excellent. She is organized and makes good use of appointment time while displaying interest and concern. I always feel that I’m here most important patient!

I felt robbed of my hard earned, hard working money! She rushed the visit and did not listen to my concerns or even allow me the chance to tell her all of my symptoms. After about five minutes (ONLY), she just began walking to the door as I was still talking. And I know she wasn’t paying much attention because by the end of the 5 minute visit she had forgot about the specialist that she insisted I see and if it wasn’t for me reminding her then I literally would’ve walked out of that office empty handed.Im not sure If the Ascension network has their doctors on new guidelines to get patients out of the offices faster.. but I felt as though she was on a 5minute timer or something. I was very unhappy with my visit. I have been with this particular office for A very long time but if they give me this doctor again then I will leave the ascension program and find another provider. Healthcare is not cheap. I work hard for my money. I do want want to be treated as unimportant and less than.

Dr. R has been very accommodating as my mobility status has changed. I can usually get answers to questions within 24 hours thru patient portal also. Telehealth worked perfectly and I had all my questions answered and did not feel rushed. Office visits are also met with professional staff and all questions answered. Dr. R is a great doctor and I recommend her for anyone looking for a medical home.

I have many health conditions that Dr. R has always taken the time to explain to me. She is kind and thorough. Our doctor patient relationship is the healthiest and most productive I have ever had. I trust her and will not change!
