If I cpuld give zero stars I would. Was seen by this provider at urgent care. She completely disregarded any of my concerns and really didn't give any recommendations for my condition. I suspected sinus infection due to getting them every year. She told me I had tonsil stones. No those were white pus spots from an infection on my tonsils. This was confirmed after leaving her office and going to another urgent care. They confirmed I had an infection and prescribed not only a antibiotics but a couple days of steroids to help knock it out. The lack of confidence in this provider was sensed from the start of speaking with her. Do not recommend this provider.

This doctor does not listen to patients. Having EDS in my family and my form of hypermobility, a family history of osteoarthritis. Osteoarthritis, (Degenerative Disc Disease), can happen in young people too!!! I have it in both hips and lower back. I was told my hip issue wasn't osteoarthritis because, 'that's only for old people', then assigned me to physical therapy without any xrays or MRIs first. I had Cauda Equina Syndrome due to Degenerative Disc Disease. The physical therapy made my pain significantly worse and caused more numbness to spread more quickly. I could have lost full function of my bowels, bladder and my entire left leg. LISTEN TO YOUR PATIENTS!!! Not everything will affect old people! This could have been so much worse if I had not been the one to take control. PLEASE, do xrays and MRIs before physical therapy!!! Insurance or not! It IS necessary. A simple xray would have given more answers first before taking a guess and sending a patient to physical therapy.
