Excellent care
Great experience as a first timer in the ER. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. Friedman were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Friedman really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this ER.

RUN!
I would rather bleed out on the side of the road than to be treated by this man. He was absolutely horrible. I went in to the ER with a ruptured ovarian cyst. Anyone who has had one or has any kind of medical knowledge knows how excruciating the pain is. He gave me a shot of inflammatory meds and an under the tongue nausea tablet. 3 hours later he came back to “check on me” after ignoring 12 of the nurses pages. When I told him the meds (an anti inflammatory! Not what helps cyst pain) hasn’t helped the pain and I was still nauseous he tells me “you know I just think you’re not happy with my medicine of choice and want something stronger”. I requested to speak to his boss and change drs. They did so immediately after dr Friedman tells me “good luck cause I’m all you’ve got!”Run RUN RUN!!!!!!

My father wait 7 hours in ER for a traiment, he never give us explanation about the pain, only when change the turn, other was when other doctor put the treatment for a simple stomach pain, incredible that a real doctor can't make a diagnostic in 7 hour in ER, he es very awful, not empathic and terrible doctor.

Extremely kind treatment
Dr. Friedman made me feel as though I were the only patient he had. He listened and most importantly, answered all my questions. He treated me with respect, and was the most caring doctor I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I hope I don't have to see him again, but if by chance I do, I will go back to him again.

Absolutely awful treatment. This doctor went against provider’s concerns, and did not listen to patient. This is the second time I see this doctor in the ER and he’s dismissive. Praying for whomever has to see this doctor.
