Dr. Anthony Zerangue, MD

Been a pt. almost 30 YEARS. Called docs office for 3 reasons, couldn’t get past the 1st. Office mngr called me back yelling, accusing me of being ugly on phone, wouldn’t let me speak at all so I hung up. She called back, I let it go to vm (wish you could hear that) informing me she’s discharging me, I’d get letter in mail. After few weeks, no letter, I went to the office. I couldn’t believe doc was just gonna kick me to the curb, abandon me based on LIES, LIES, LIES from 1-2 yr staff. I told reception my name, didn’t receive letter, inquiring of docs decision and took a seat. Mngr. came out, demanded I leave building, she was calling HPD. I respectfully told her that I wasnt gonna let her separate me from my dr of 30 years and quietly remained seated. About 2-3 hrs. later, doc walked out with dc paper in hand. HE should’ve known better of me, my character and had more respect for me to at least ask what happened. He did not. Can’t believe I have to search for new dr at 60 yo. DEVASTAT

Dr. Zerangue has always been kind and thoughtful to me. He takes his time with all of his patients and doesn’t rush you out the door like most doctors. His staff has always been very friendly and caring. They listen to you and are helpful in every way.

Doc was on vacation & I called on Friday & the receptionist said there was no way to see him until the next Friday. #1. This was the 3rd staff change he had within 3 months. The 3 ladies that had been with him for years; ALL walked out the same day; makes you wonder why? But I had total confidence in Doc Z. Well I did tell the receptionist I would call back Monday maybe he could call in some Valtrex. Well my phone rang Monday morning and yet. a new Office Mgr was screaming at me in the phone saying I said all kinds of ugly things to the receptionist. I told her to lower her voice & talk to me respectfully, and if the young lady was so upset, I would apologize. She said they had already explained what happened (there) version & He said she could drop me from the clinic! After hours I tried to call him, she answered the phone & said you’re discharged! #2 Doc has known me for over 20 years, He should have had enough respect to talk to me. Well I got a new neurologist (mine retired) etc!

Listens and does not critize but gives helpful information and allows you to make the final decision. Could not find a better doctor. I recommend him highly.

If you are looking for a physician who takes his/her time to listen to you and include your opinion in the diagnosis, Dr. Zerangue is your doctor. He has never rushed me and is very knowledgeable in his field of expertise. He is very thoughtful, compassionate and understanding. He and his entire staff are amazing and I highly recommend him to all of my family and friends. He truly cares for his patients.

I have been seeing Dr. Zerangue regularly for many years, now. He has always taken his time to get to know me as a person; his treatment has always been personalized. He actually takes care of me. I find that to be a rare quality in today's world. Everyone in his office has been amazing; I think that is usually a reflection of the person in charge. I was originally referred to Dr. Zerangue by a friend and that friend shares my sentiments.

This is the only dr I have ever been to that sits and listen to what you have to say does not rush you the staff is Amazing always there to help I have been very satisfied with my dr words cannot express how amazing dr zerangue and his staff are I’m beyond satisfied

From the front staff, back staff, to Dr Zerangue, they are absolutely by far the best I have ever dealt with! He is the most knowledgeable and skilled physician around. If you want a physician that truly cares about his patients, hes the one to choose!

Dr Zerrangue has always listened and given me time to express what's going on with my problem.. l left the office satisfied he had answered my problems . He deserves 4.5 out of 5.

I was not able to visit. When I called to make an appointment and told the person on the phone that I was a cash payer, she abruptly told me that was not acceptable and hung up on me. I've met Dr. Zerangue several years ago and I'm not sure he would like the way that was handled. I'm easily able to pay cash. For all she knew, I could be a billionaire. His loss!

Dr. Zerangue is an excellent doc who has continued to educate himself OUT of school which can be a problem with many M.D.'s He is responsive and sensitive to his patients needs. You are treated with courtesy and respect by his staff.

He is the best doctors I have ever had! Very thoughtful, and takes his time with you! Answers all questions you have regarding how look it takes! I will always go to him and recommend him to anyone that needs caring understanding physician! The medical world would be far greater off if there were more of him around!!! He also has the best staff around-they all treat you as a person, and they NEVER talk down to you-can’t say that for any other office I have gone too!

A friend is a patient of Dr. Zerangue and she said that he is the best Doctor that she has ever seen. He really cares about his patients and goes out of his way to help them. I called the office and made a appt and the earliest appointment was on July 17 and I needed one long before then. I called bk that same afternoon and talked to Ashley and she went out of her way and called patients to find one that was not gonna make there appt and she made it happen I see the Monday. Ashley is the best.

Dr. Zerangue saved my life and treats many members of my family. He actually includes his patients in their care process and respects every person's opinion about their care. Dr. Z is my doctor but he has also been a good friend.

Dr. Zerangue is the best Dr. that I've ever seen. He truly cares for his patients. I am forever grateful to He & his staff. I know that I wouldn't be here today if not for His care.
