He has never attempted to order x-rays to see where the underlying pain is. I had fallen many times and have also had neck surgery and had broken my lower to middle back in an accident and I've been in alot of severe pain and he refuses to spend time with me to discuss the issues. Him and his staff is very rude and very unprofessional. Thank you Mr. Wheeler for letting me suffer and not caring about your patients

I have various pain (Lower Back, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, Diabetic Nerve & Pain from a surgery for unknown reasons) I have only been able to talk to Dr Wheeler about my Fibro pain because: He gives you 2 mins & He keeps interrupting. He is rude, ill & uncaring. People are living in pain! They need help & empathy. You will find neither with him! When I left, I felt hopeless, depressed, & almost suicidal. I hope someday he will need kindness & it will elude him.

He used to be the best dr I had found for a while until he went to Bethany medical where he is just a paper pusher and does not spend time with the patients at all.

My 1st meeting with Dr. Wheeler he was polite (but new at this practice), check me over and wrote my prescriptions. By 3rd visit with him, I was nothing more than a chart, he refilled my scripts and that was it. I noticed he never smiled (even during the 1st meeting, but polite, professional.). I've done extensive research on Dr. Wheeler and honestly something's missing here. Supposedly had/has a thriving Practice in Charlotte NC. Save time research find a stable provider, We all DESERVE BETTER!

Dr. Wheeler is an excellent doctor, he is kind and sincere. However, his staff in High Point are beyond rude. The unfriendliness of the staff I have never experienced anywhere else ever and for that reason will not return. In addition, you can never get a response from his nurse when you leave a message...to simply not respond is uncalled for and unprofessional to say the least. If I could rate them any lower I would for that reason alone I would not recommend to others.
