Best care ever!
I was seen in the office quickly. Surgery was scheduled without delay. The care I received was 10 out of 10. Post op teaching was done in the office, before surgery and after surgery. Great communication. My appointments were not rushed and Dr Sestero took the time to answer questions and explain plan of care.

Would definitely recommend
I have a great deal of respect for Dr. Sestero and also for the professional way that the Northwest Orthopedic specialists’ surgical center took care of me. I underwent a DeQuervain’s Release surgery, and although I was a bit nervous, Dr. Sestero and the nurses were great! Professional, calm, caring, and also conversational. I would definitely recommend this doctor and the Northwest Orthopaedic Specialists to anyone needing hand or wrist surgery.

First broken bone, first surgery!
Dr. Sestero and his staff were helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Their professional demeanor did not take away from their desire to help me feel relaxed. My questions were treated with respect and not belittled. From the first contact to the last everything was done so well.

Always top notch
Dr. Anthony Sestero is without a doubt the Gold Standard for hand surgeons. He is patient and thorough during office visits that determine issues and options. Prior to surgery his explanations are calm and detailed, and no question is a bad one. I felt 100 percent heard, safe, and cared for. I've had many problems with hands and joints over the years (bad) but (good) this means I've witnessed the A-grade care delivered by the Northwest Orthopaedic Specialists team consistently. There is no other choice for othopaedic care, in my view.

I had a terrible experience
This doctor told me that I would have to 'use your mind' to control involuntary muscle movement during carpal tunnel surgery and if I couldn't, he would stop the surgery. He stressed the fact that he would do the surgery with me wide awake and there would be nothing pre-op to ease anxiety or pain. bI found this unacceptable, to say the least.

Best Surgeon in Spokane
From my first visit with Dr Sestero I knew I was in the right spot. He knew exactly what to do for my hand. He explained things so I could understand it. Took the time. Surgery went very smooth. Dr. Sestero’s entire team in the operating room were all so patient and caring. Making sure I was not stressed or anxious. The next day I even received a call from Dr Sestero making sure I was recovering okay. I would recommend him to everyone needing hand surgery.

Great physician!
I have had nothing but a positive experience with Dr Sestero. I'm a registered nurse and have worked with a ton of physicians (good and bad). He not only has great bedside manner but he is very thorough and walks you through everything that's going to happen. My surgery went smoothly and he made sure I was extremely comfortable the entire time (since I was awake and had local anesthesia). I would recommend him to anyone!
