Could NEVER recommend
He treated admitted patient at UNM hospital. Extremely unhelpful to patient and family. More concern about his residents when he should step forward and place pt. outcome a priority. Never asked if “any issues, concerns? Tends to prescribe maximum doses in patients and doesn’t hesitate to put increase chances of side effects on elderly pts. placed patient on two medications extremely contraindicated in cardiac patients, he would have had warning when prescribing due to prescriptive software used by UNMH.. Very patronizing.

Never again.
Cancelled my appointment at the last minute due to my injection status. Had been scheduled for quite a while for issues I was experiencing and had serious concerns about and wanted more info and testing prior to injection. Incredibly callous and discriminatory. Very obviously not in practice because he cares about his patients.

I found Dr Sandoval to be one of the warmest, caring and intelligent doctors I've ever encountered in my 73 years; extremely perceptive and anxious to help.

I have had to see Dr. Sandoval on several different appointments from exam to testing and had a good experience each time. He explain things well and if I didn't understand terms of medical he always took the time out to explain in a way I understood. His office employees were always kind, helpful and as the Dr. explain well. I recommend this Dr. from my experience prospective i had with the different times I was seen here in his Office. His office is very easy to find in the Medical Center
