If it were possible I'd give a minus 10!
He totally was as knowledgeable of my health as a rock. Refused to treat my extremely high BP that's caused me a heart attack and tia. I had to go back to my old heart Dr who takes much better care of me. He ignored the fact that I've been treated for hypertension since 2012 only bc my BP was within normal range that one day. Well today it's 178/101 but he refused to look at my track record that this is an issue. Stay AWAY!!!

Avoid! Saw Dr Sandoval on a referral. I was immediately unimpressed w his bedside manner and lack of dialogue about recommended additional testing even after I expressed reservations about going under anesthesia. Fast forward a few days to when I arrived at a Banner facility to undergo the procedure where they insisted I pay upfront?! When I objected they contacted Sandoval to see if he wanted to move forward and he said the procedure wasn’t necessary and other tests could be pursued instead. Needless to say I fired this doctor on the spot. Now his office is hounding me for testing fees for tests that I have been told by another cardiologist weren’t necessary in the first place. Do yourself a favor and find a doctor who takes the time to listen to patient opinions and concerns and who includes you in the convo about YOUR health

If I could click a MINUS 10, that would my number. This man is a TOTAL waste in his position especially with older patients with heart issues. Told me he couldn't do my operation because on my AGE! Stating "Insurance won't pay for it! WOW, we looked up another DR. on my list and had it ALL DONE and scheduled and I WILL have this same operation done RIGHT! Sandoval needs to retire and leave every one, at least the OLDER patients! Don't waste your time or money!

He installed a stent for me after some previous failures by others. His technical knowledge is superb but most of all he communicates well with the patient and cares about patient satisfaction.

Waited for 2 plus weeks to see DR.....I was on time for appointment then found out he had emergency....No problem.... but I did not want to see an assistant. Tried to re schedule appointment and was told I had to wait three more weeks. Then what show up again and Dr does NOT. Also would have been great for phone call to cancel my appointment.
