I’ve seeb Dr Roselli for years. He is very fair and if you keep appointments and arrive on time he will treat you with respect. Howeve if you miss appointments and don’t call or are late or constantly violating the program you will have issues. But don’t blame the doctor because he is there to help people who want help

Roselli not professional. Staff follows his lead. 3 minute appt. rude and ill tempered. Felt I was an inconvenience. Provides a prescription wrong medication. Showed him mistake. He scribbled out mistake and initialed. I noticed. Showed nurse. Her reply,. “Try it...I’m not going back there (his office down the hall) to get in trouble”. Was not accepted. Office did nothing. SCAM billing. One blood test $1,600 dollar invoice. (W/INS) Asked “Dr.” he said, “ignore it.” Do not trust!

I had a doctor appointment, however I was a few minutes late bc my daughter was very sick. I walked into the doctor's office and the doctor shook my hand and said habe a nice weekend. The receptionist advised me I was late and would need to reschedule. The problem is I needed a refill on a monthly medication. I was told that this was not an emergency and it would have to wait a week upon the doctors return. However if I do not take this medication I will have severe medical issues

He's "short" and appears rude. It's hard to trust someone who doesn't seem to care. Recently I found out (the hard way) that he doesn't have a back up doctor when on vacation. After calling into his office several times, his nurse was able to arrange for my prescription to be refilled.

Earlier this morning , I contacted you due to having a stuffy nose, sore throat, and coughing constantly. I can barely breathe and swollow. You called me back and you were so RUDE!!!!!! You yelled and told me numerous times that its 3:30 a.m. I was so shocked, hurt, and appauled. No doctor should ever talk to a patient that way. I didn't call you just to call you. I need medical attention. Your behavior towards me is totally UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! You should really be ashamed of yourself!!!

I was admitted into their suboxon program. I had some confusion about the date of my appointment being that it was between Christmas and the new year so I called twice and left a message. No one returned my call so when I got through to them the following week they informed me that I was kicked out of the program. They didn't even call to tell me that. I had the proof that I called them on my phone even showing the amount of time I spent on the call to leave a message but they wouldn't hear it.
