Dr. Pachelli repaired one of my shoulders and replaced the other. I was able to regain full range of motion. Recovery was fast and relatively painless.

This is the Surgeon You Want
I shattered my femur. Not broke, shattered. I was brought in via ambulance on the last day of a 48 hour on call shift for him, and he stayed hours past when he normally would have left to work late into the night putting it back together with hardware. Today I walk at least 3 miles a day, climb a 100 flights of stairs a week, and can ride bicycles with my kids because of Dr. Pachelli's hard work.

Excellent from start to finish. In fact I am here to make an appointment for my other shoulder. I am not looking forward to surgery but with Dr Pachelli as my Dr. I am confident all will go well.

Dr. Pachelli came highly recommended, and I understand why. Aside from his technical expertise in shoulder replacements, he has an excellent “bedside manner”. He was very willing to address any concerns, and to answer my questions.

Can't even get an appointment. It's an eight (8) minute queue time wait on their appointment phone line; and they have an option for a return call-back but no call was ever returned. It might be good to be in demand and popular, but extremely poor when you can't follow your own office procedures and you turn away clients with poor communication and procedures that aren't adhered to. Oh, and I should mention that I was a returning customer/patient. Very frustrating.

I felt as if he didn't know his patient. Told me to do cortisone injection for a partial tore rotater cuff, I am allergic to steroids. He didn't read the reports from the other two physicians I saw, saying I would be best suited to have surgery. He told me that physical therapy would work which other doctors have stated in other reports that it would probably not work due to the time lapse that has happened.

Very skilled surgeon. Direct admin staff need improvement with returning messages promptly and at least every time! What appeared to be old blood was splattered on two walls in the exam room. Outdated examining table and furniture. Surgeon and surgery center were excellent but subpar admin, phone system, and sanitation in a clinical setting can decrease the overall experience and opinion of this practice.

Dr. Pachelli is an experienced doctor and I have received very good care from him. The problem is that his office staff do not answer phones, or there are not enough people to answer phones. I've been left on hold many times for as long as fifteen minutes listening to constantly repeating messages, including 'wait time is two minutes' etc and 'we apologise for the wait' Because of this issue I have to recommend going to another office.
