Dr. Luke is phenomenal. He's need taking care of my knees for years. I credit his care to my ability to continue annual backpacking and my frequent 6-8 mile hikes. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Luke has been treating my knees for years. First my right knee, and now my left knee. He is an excellent physician. I can continue to be involved in all my physical activities--keeping up with and playing with my grandchildren including a one year old grandson, gardening, backpacking and hiking--due to his ongoing care. I currently have no limitations. This would not be the case without his expertise and care. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

I was given a referral to see dr Luke. I read a review about him and was a little hesitant . I figured he is UCSF and must be pretty good. When I call ed to make an appointment, the front receptionist was horrible! extremely rude, it made me feel like they did not care whether i had an appointment or not. I am tearing up my referral as I write this review.. If this is the the way his front desk treats patients, can you imagine the doctor? the first review was correct

I would never recommend this doctor to anyone under any circumstance. Dr Luke listens poorly, is condescending, defensive and rushed. His interventions are poorly described and (as I gather from others) liable to be carried out in error. After speaking with several medical professionals about my recent negative experience with this doctor, I was offered assurance that my experience was, in no way, unique. This doctor is apparently not well regarded within the medical community at large.
