Dr. Anthony Jones, MD

I attempted to get an appointment as a new patient. My former doctor recommended Dr. Jones. I called and left a message and didn't get a call back. I sent an email later in the day and still didn't get a response. 2.5 days later I sent a text message and got a response. I decided that the lack of communication by the office staff was deeply concerning, especially when it comes to someone's health. I am sure Dr. Jones is not aware of the lack of efficiency by his staff in getting back to patients so I thought this was the only way to let him know. I think it is important to all patients interested in seeing him that they are also aware before deciding if they want to join the practice.

This physician has lost touch with being a doctor as his private practice has grown. Wait times for appointments, and getting messages answered are awful. This doctors diagnose without running the proper tests nearly cost my life and has left me permanently handicap, but I have not even gotten a courtesy phone call to inquire what did. His staff has not sent my medical records to my new doctor and even when coming by his office to speak to him for 5 minutes about what happened to me S a result of his misdiagnosis, he would not even get up from his desk and walk the 19 feet to the window. I almost died and he could care less. Very sad for a guy I once admired.
