LONG WAIT TIME - RUSHED VISIT WITH THE NURSE PRACTIONER ON DUTY (NO DOCTOR AVAILABLE) LIED ABOUT BEING IN MY INSURANCE NETWORK WHEN I ASKED. NOW 2 YEARS LATER I AM BEING HARASSED TO PAY A BILL BECAUSE THEY FILED MY CLAIM TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY AS OUT OF NETWORK BECASUE THEY WERE NOT PART OF MY NETWORK LIKE THEY PRESENTED THEMSELVES TO BE. I WAS WAY OVERCHARGED FOR THE SERVICE I RECEIVED TO BEGIN WITH

I haven't had a chance to see Dr. Euser himself. I really like the PA's that are in the office. However, the billing department does NOT know how to return phone calls. I left three messages for billing and I finally called and left a message for scheduling. Scheduling called me back and they were very unhelpful. She offered to transfer me to billing and I told her billing won't answer the phone.

He has almost no availability and barely laid a hand on me to assess my condition and complaint. He had a know-it-all attitude and though I could tell he heard me I do not know if he listened.

This is how Dr. Euser treat's patients. He arrives in the room ,shakes your hand , inquires about your wellbeing ,walks out of the room , you pick up a prescription then sends you to the front desk to make your payment. When a person has been on the same medication for year's they should not have to return every month. My new physician writes 4 months worth to be filled in exactly 30 days later. He then charges Medicare & you your 20%. And people want to know why Medicare is in the mess it is
