They were still open despite the storm. He addressed everything that I had issues with. I even got a referral for the pain in my leg, which I was very grateful for. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr Dedea listened to my health concerns with so much patience and understanding, like I have not experimented in years. He is very knowledgeable. I did my homework before choosing him (believe me, serious, deep analysis and read through many opinions as trusting doctors has been traumatic before). He did not dismiss any of my concerns and tackled all of them. Very thorough, personable, nice and really takes his time with all his patients. He takes into consideration all angles before giving his final opinion. I read a lot of medical journals and asked many questions that he was able to answer, so it shows he is up to date with the latest medicine. I am convinced I finally found the care I was looking for and is best for my family. This is the kind of doctor that if I ever have to wait a few minutes more in the waiting room, I will gladly wait because it is worth it. His office personnel is also very nice and patient, something that is rare nowadays. VERY HAPPY!

Based on reviews and the need to find a primary care physician, I made an appointment with Dr Dedea three months in advance so I could schedule properly. I travel for work and have a limited amount of days at home so scheduling is very important. The day before my appointment the Dr office called to reschedule my appointment for a later time in the day and I agreed. I arrived at the office on time and was taken back to check vitals, then was told to return to the waiting room? After waiting 40 minutes without a peep from anyone as to when I was going to be seen, and having another appointment elsewhere I had to leave. Total disregard for others time, remember this was scheduled 3months prior. I would not recommend this unprofessional physician.

If you don’t mind a revolving door of residents because you probably won’t see the same each visit, then this office is for you. Just head to an Urgent Care because you’re gonna be sent there anyway if you have a problem and no appointment. There is no communication with office staff, they’ll call you with test results no realizing you were just there. And Prayer you’re one of the lucky ones to actually meet Dr Dedea himself.

Since my initial visit I’ve been impressed with how Dr. Dedea acknowledges my concerns with empathy, compassion, patience and with genuine concern. He is a great listener and knows how to effectively communicate. He has awesome bedside manners which makes it easier for me to share my concerns and it makes me more likely to follow his advice and treatment plan. He is an excellent and highly knowledgeable doctor!

I never even got past reception. I filled out my paperwork and returned it to the office. When I went in they said they would call me when my information was entered into computer they would call me. (that was on a Monday) I waited until Thursday and was told they were busy and they would enter information in later. (never got a call) I waited until Wednesday (a week and a half after my paperwork was dropped off) I left a message for the Office Manager and told her to loose my paperwork, I'm done with them. Must be nice to be so busy, your office doesn't want more patients.

Alisa says dr dedea suggested I got to urgent care for treatment regarding the answers provided upon arrival. But I told them in person and over the phone it would be my check up visit because I was seen in urgent care the day before my visit at there office . So she denies me service and upon leaving she tells me to get out and not say anything in the lobby . But I asked to speak to doctor and tell them how mistreated I was in their office for the manager not assisting me when I needed it the most. And she told me find a new provider. I don’t feel my side of the story was heard and I was kicked out office and not treated properly under the medical conditions that I have . . .

Excellent, professional, sincere, easy to talk to, saved my life. Great physician.

Dr. Dedea is one of the nicest and caring doctors I’ve had. He takes time to listen, and is very knowledgeable. I feel very lucky to have him as my doctor.
