My wife fell and needed an emergency hip replacement. There are two methods doctors use, front or back, thankfully dr Costa uses the front which has better outcomes. The replacement surgery was perfect without any problems and my wife was walking within a day of the surgery. The follow-up staff was informative and did regular follow-up visits to make sure everything was going well

Worth the wait! He is fabulous!

Serendipity brought me to Dr. Costa's office. I feel so fortunate to have been operated on by him. He is such a skilled surgeon. I feel safe with him and feel that he strives for excellence.

Dr. Costa gave no consideration for our elderly father's safety and was down right rude. He wouldn't approve overnight rehab center after a knee replacement when we (and our father) expressed serious concerns for his safety. He lives by himself with no one near by and has stairs at his home. The paperwork he provided stated that 24/7 supervision was required for at least 3 days, multiple daily checkins for a week and controlled painkillers for longer. When we expressed our safety concerns of him falling, his response was "he could fall tonight and wouldn't have anyone there" stating there is no additional risk after surgery. He also tried to guilt us for not being available 24/7 when both of us work full time with families and 1 of lives out of state. His comment was "you made time for one of you to come in for the appointment and the other called in, why can't you make time to be home with him?" This was uncalled for especially considering I had flown in for a funeral.

Unfortunately we didn’t have a chance to meet with this doctor because of the staff member Margaret who honestly gives very bad impression of this practice.She was very talkative, asking for a Christmas present for scheduling an appointment, dishonest,didn’t want to do her job and behaved very shady instead of verifying our insurance info.I hope doctors will see my review and correct this situation.Its an embarrassment to have unprofessional person like her in the office and to deal with patients.I had a feeling like someone is trying to sell us something which is not fresh anymore.Me and my husband decided not to go.I am a medical professional and very familiar with insurance verification protocol and how it should be handled.

Went for my Cortez one shot and it was decided I need surgery to my right knee.

Performed knee replacement surgery. He is fantastic! Explained every step of the surgery and rehab. He has a caring and attentive staff!

I recommend Dr Costa with 100% confidence! He is the best professionally and he also is so nice on a person to person level with me as a patient. Dr Costa has now performed three extremely successful procedures on me. He has replaced both my hips with the anterior total hip replacement and one total knee replacement. The new hips were replaced 7 and 8 years ago. They are still like new. I had my first total knee replacement approximately two and a half months ago and it is doing great! I can do everything with no pain. I have scheduled my other knee replacement with Dr Costa for spring. I would not consider going to any other orthopedic surgeon!

On Sept. 17, 2019 I was walking at a 45 degree angle and every step was like stepping on a roofing nail! On Sept. 18, 2019 Dr. Anthony Costa performed a total left hip replacement and from day one better than I have felt in years! From barely being able to walk to literally running up the stairs of my home! He gave me my life back and I cannot be happier!!!

I had gone to a different doctor in this practice for my neck. I was very happy. When I tried to see Dr Costa for my knee the office staff said there’s nothing until February. I told them the pain was awful I can’t wait that long. All they said was sorry and hung up. Thanks for the concern and care. Won’t recommend if you are in pain and really need care!!! I would have given no stars if I could

I had a total knee replacement on 3/22/2019. Dr. Costa is a very professional and knowledgeable surgeon. I will recommend him to anyone who needs this surgery.

I would definitely recommend Dr Anthony Costa. He is the best!!! its been four months since my surgery and I am very pleased. Not only with the doctor but his staffing also. They take there time with youand explain everything. Tiffany that works for Dr Costa is awesome along with Jackie

Excellent results from anterior hip replacement procedure. Follow the directions provided and outcome is very good. Only concern I had is at 3 week follow up I did not see doctor but rather a physician assistant. I would have preferred to see the doctor at this point. Otherwise, staff and doctor provided great service and worth a future recommendation to someone needing same type of service.

Excellent surgeon who was recommended to me by another excellent surgeon. Very personable. His techniques are state of the art. Others had turned me down, but he fixed my hip. I had a total hip replacement. I will always be grateful to him.

Several people referred me to Dr Costa & had nothing but praise! I thought I need to meet this Rock star!!! I met him , he made me laugh and explained how he does his total knee replacements with the muscle sparing technique . I left and booked my surgery! I had surgery on 1/11/19 and today is 1/21/19! He told me I would do stairs immediately! I did! Been walking w/o aide since Wed. I walked into OT today & they were blown away! No one could believe I was 10 days post-op! Just the best

If I could give Dr.Anthony Costa 100 stars I would. He not only rebuilt my left hip but lengthened my leg(prior to this I had to wear 4 lifts in my left shoe).He did it all in one surgery! Before I saw Dr.Costa, I wasn't able to have a life,I was simply existing, as I could barely walk.Finding Dr.Costa was like a miracle for me.And his way of hip replacement requires NO restrictions at all.My legs are now the same length & I can dance!I would refer anyone to him and already have. I feel Blessed.

Dr. Costa is an excellent surgeon. I put off knee replacement for years, finally had to have it done and am so sorry I waited so long. I literally can do anything I want. The knee, and leg, are so strong. I had forgotten what it was like to feel secure. I will be doing my other knee with him.
