I appreciate all that was done. My minor issue is the wait time. My appointment was originally scheduled for 4pm. I was contacted and given the opportunity to come in earlier due to some changes in Dr. Chau's schedule. My time was 2:30pm. I was not seen until after 3pm. Dr. Chau was courteous and engaging being very clear with information about my condition and the next best steps.

Assisting Intern doctor was excellent, thorough and knowledgeable. Dr Chau just prescribed more tests. I'm still undergoing pain and problem not resolved.

I had an Ultrasound. Ann has a wonderful calming bedside manner. A doctor came in however when she was completing the exam and although I wasn't totally exposed, I could have been. He should have waited until my appointment was over or called her.

I felt like my concerns were completely dismissed. I feel like the doctor didn't care about me at all, and I think it's because I'm old. That's what I'm thinking. That's myself. I don't want to go back to that doctor. I have to find a different one. You asked.
