Empathetic Cardiologist
I was satisfied with my visit with Dr. Bracken. He was patient and answered all my questions concerning my tricuspid valve regurgitation diagnosis. We discussed a plan of action and I felt he understood my needs and honored my decisions for the plan of treatment. He wasn't pushy. I wished he and other medical professionals didn't have to be tied to a computer during their visits with patients. It is a impersonal way to communicate with patients. However, Dr. Bracken did not neglect giving me the attention I needed both during the physical exam and during OUR conversation. Can the medical gods-to-be provide that sit in the board room give the doctors a stenographer? Doctors should be able to give 100% of their attention to the patients and not have those '30 minutes of exam time' spent entering information into the patients chart. I appreciate Dr. Bracken for focusing on me. Hang in there Dr. Bracken! MY HEART NEEDS YOUR CARE!

Not so good!
I went to Dr. Bracken after my cardiologist retired, needless to say I wasn't impressed at all. For starters, he never introduced himself, wasn't attentive to my issues, had me wear a heart monitor, which showed nothing and dismissed my symptoms. Thankfully, I knew I wasn't feeling up to par, come to find out I need a heart catheterization for I had a 65% blocked artery thanks to my new physicians.

Sanger is just too big. I am a patient of Dr. Bracken and was in the ER for chest pains. when I was released and went to make a follow up appointment I was not able to see the doctor for over 2 months!!! Dr. Bracken is very nice, but his PA ms. Dena Harrold is terrible!! She is rude, does not listen to complaints and is very dismissive.
