This was my third visit to the practice. In spite of the previous bad experiences, I decided to give it one more chance. This time I booked for a doctor to see me. I didn’t! Rather A PA treated me, she was wonderful, very professional and did a great job. After all was done, I was told that Dr. Boniello would come in to see me. What for??? All was done, without even him paying me a visit. I refused to wait for him to say hi and walked out. I must give the PA much credit for what she did for me. However, I was, am still, appalled how this practice runs the business. Very amazed.

My experience from initial consultation through hip replacement surgery and recovery has been first rate. At every stage, Dr. Boniello took the time to explain my condition and the surgery and answered all my many questions. I couldn’t be happier with my outcome having transitioned from a 200 yard maximum walking distance, and this with a cane for support, to pain free, unassisted, normal gait, walking just two weeks post the surgery.
