Excellent surgeon
Dr. Aldave performed a corneal transplant for me a couple years ago and it is still working. He’s a skilled surgeon and my case was difficult. So fortunate to have been under his care.

Back for a 2nd DMEK with Dr Aldave, due to having had a Glaucoma Trab (reduces longevity of DMEK), and know Dr Aldave is brilliant, compassionate, and the outcome will be the best it can be. The man is beyond competent, a leader in his field. You're in good hands, and then some. So grateful to be his patient.

Dr. Aldave is fantastic. He saved my eye sight. Spent years going to various doctors and institutions, and finally Dr. Aldave provided a diagnosis and treatment plan. He is extremely professional, compassionate and determined to provide you with the best results. He is the best.

We did our due diligence calling Gen Ops., Cornea Docs, Surgery Coordinators from multiple practices, even calling Eye Banks, and what we were told brought us to Dr. Aldave. It took us 40 hours of work. Within 10 minutes of my husband's 1st appt, and all his patient fans in the waiting room, we knew we made the right decision. He is a DMEK cornea transplant master (newest technique), and he is such a great man. My husband is in good hands. Surgery dates are booked, but worth the wait.

Compassionate, empathetic, strive to provide exceptional care to all his patients. Perhaps that is why his clinic is always packed. Expect the wait but leave feeling assured that you are in good hands. Highly recommend him. His staff understands him and work well as a team to support him.

He is a brilliant and kind physician. He is very busy, so hard to get in to see, but well worth the wait. I have been a patient for 6 years and have his staff to be compassionate and extremely helpful.
