Dr. Anoop Palta, MD

I feel bad, but I struggle to give it even a 3 star rating. The facility is not nice and clean and organized. They do try to make it fun for the kids with decor, but it just feels dirty and run down honestly. The front desk staff is really bad. You walk in, there's no greeting. Usually there's a line of confused and frustrated people not knowing what to do not just for seconds. We're talking minutes. They don't even look up from their phones, computers, in general. It's awkward and pretty rude. The Dr. is great with kids. The 2 year old loves him and he takes good care of our new baby, but sometimes I feel like he shows being annoyed a little bit maybe from overwhelmed with patients in the clinic or my endless worrying questions lol He is either super friendly or kind of short with me. I have to ask the staff when to come back for another appointment or what next steps are. They're just not organized or seem to know what's going on. If he had better staff, we might stay with him!

Very pleasant doctor! Too bad he sees only kids!! Finally my kids don't cry when going to see a doctor.
