Rude and condescending

If I could rate as a 0 I would. Poor bedside manner, RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL to patients. Totally uncaring.STAY AWAY?

I requested an appointment for my son who wasn’t feeling well after being exposed to students who were sick at school . I requested an afternoon appointment because I could not miss work in the morning. I allowed my son to see the doctor without me since he had turned 18 a few months before while I sat in the waiting area. I was so disappointed my son had to experience his first visit as a young man with this doctor. My son said she was rude and condescending . She made him feel like he wasn’t sick enough to be there and insinuated I lied about needing an afternoon appointment because I had to work. My children have had wonderful and caring treatment from the other doctors in the pediatric office. What a terrible example of a doctor who claims she chose her specialty because of her love for children.

Child was brought to her for the first and the last time. Was met with judgment, trying to make us feel low as parents. Do yourself a favor and look for another pediatrician other than Annette Gunsberg. Unprofessional, rude, judgmental 'Doctor' who shouldn't have a license to practice with the type of service or lack thereof they provide. Take a recommendation, do your job, not providing unwanted opinions and judgments on hardworking parents.

This dr knows her stuff. She takes her time with you, and refers at appropriate times. Can always get a sick visit and call back. Staff is sweet with the kids.

She is extremely thorough and spends a considerable amount of time examining both the health and wellness of her patients to help them establish good habits to prevent future illnesses.

She conducts definitive tests, so each diagnosis can be accurate. Questions of viral, bacterial, or allergic illnesses can be addresses. In addition, she offers advice to help with promoting healthful habits. She is always cheerful and positive.

Dr was lacking bedside manner, and TOO MANY administrative issues due to poor and miscommunication between staff.

My children have been with Dr. Gunsberg for over 12 years and through numerous illnesses and two seperate week-long hospitalizations. I have loved how Dr. Gunsberg will be thorough and caring and still matter of fact. When they were babies, her calmness reassured. Now that they are teenagers, she talks directly to them in my presence about things that they do not like to hear from a parent. They love and trust her. She will refer to specialists whenever they are needed.

Dr Gunsberg has a cold manner and I found her to be condisending.
