Dr. Anne Zschaechner, MD

Presented with vertigo. Dr. Anne spent considerable, careful time with us and diagnosed a possible cause and treatment along with blood work and a CT scan to rule out other more serious causes. Friendly, reassuring and professional. We were pleasantly surprised that our visit to Eisenhower Urgent Care also opened the door to Eisenhower Medical center where our medical records were seamlessly coordinated with Our mayo Clinic medical records in Rochester, MN. Highly recommend Dr. Anne and Eisenhower!

Very interested and great follow-up. I have a lot of confidence in her and it is becoming rare to find a physician that listens to your concerns and thinks about your case beyond the 20 minutes allotted for each appointment. I highly recommend her.

If every doctor had the bedside manor of Dr. Anne Zschaechner we'd all be happy to go to our medical visits. Charming, non-judgemental, with a great sense of humor, she is a solid clinician who helped me a lot. She's a good listener, and very down to earth. I wish she was my primary, but she is an Urgent Care doc. Dr. Zschaechner is an asset to the Palm Springs medical community. I wish there were a lot more like her.

Dr. Z was a professional, charming, and comforting ray of light for us at a very scary time. She provided just the right blend of solid information and positive energy to give us what we needed to move forward and feel hopeful about our prognosis. During these uncertain and stressful times it is amazing to see someone in her position maintain the dignity and good cheer to treat patients respectfully and keep a good sense of humor to boot. We only saw her at the Urgent Care clinic, but I wish she could be our PCP! The whole Eisenhower Urgent Care clinic is a class act.

Incredible care! Professional, courteous, a great listener - no one wants to go to the doctor - especially on vacation - but if you have to, I cannot reccommend Dr. Anne more highly!!

She is a great doctor, great bedside manner. I've known her since I've been volunteering at a free clinic in Indio, but seeing her as a patient solidified my opinion of her. Prompt in diagnosing, apologetic about wait times ( no need, it was fine), and opinion about other unrelated issues. Would recommend!!
