I visited Dr. Anne Mazer at Riverside Medical Clinic. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Dr. Mazer exhibited a complete lack of bedside manner, and I found her demeanor to be rude and dismissive throughout our consultation. As a concerned parent, I had hoped for a supportive and empathetic approach, especially when discussing sensitive matters regarding my child. Instead, Dr. Mazer's behavior left me feeling unheard and disrespected. I would caution others against seeking care from Dr. Mazer at Riverside Medical Clinic. A physician's role involves not only medical expertise but also compassion and professionalism, qualities which were notably absent during my visit. If Dr. Mazer is no longer able to engage with patients positively, perhaps it is time for her to consider retiring.

Preserved my eyesight for over 30 years
I've always felt respected and cared for. I was told by several doctors that I would be blind in 20 years. Dr Mazer has preserved my eyesight for over 30 years. Her staff has always been kind and helpful. My glaucoma has advanced at a far slower rate than national averages and I believe this is from the excellent care that Dr Mazer has provided. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Mazer and her amazing staff that has been kind, caring and patient with me and others I've recommended to her care. Thank you so much Dr Mazer

Terrible Attitude
This doctor was extremely rude to my son. She seemed like she was having a terrible day and just had a terrible attitude, she put drops in my son's eyes that hurt and made him cry then she snapped at him when she tried to examine him and he flinched. We left Riverside Medical Clinic after our experience with this doctor. She had no idea what was wrong with my son and even questioned whether he was telling the truth about his symptoms. Turns out he has a degenerative disease from which his vision is steadily deteriorating.

NEEDS TO RETIRE
AWFUL. To be fair, I will start with I am not a physician, but I have an extremely intelligent brother with Asperger's (autism) and from what I can say is, I am 99% positive she is on the spectrum. Can't initiate eye contact, no bedside, very dry and does not come from a place of warmth...AT ALL. She is VERY black or white. Absolutely no gray. She's now 67 so hopefully she will retire and live a happier life with her husband and children.
