Significantly lacking in compassion.
Dr. Kaulfers relayed very difficult news regarding my child and his treatment over the phone. She was incredibly harsh and rude and her abrupt tone was significantly lacking in compassion. I strongly recommend establishing care with a different physician.

Absolutely the best doctor we could have ever had at time of diagnosis. We wish she wasn't 13 hours from us so we could still be her patient. She explained everything and spent hours with us. Great bedside manners. Great with the kids and parents.
