Dr. Jacob was going over my Liver points and was telling me my levels were high. She then proceeded to say looking at my chart the route my liver is looking that you only have one liver once it’s gone that’s it. What really pissed me off was her stating we all have to die some day. As a doctor she should be showing compassion and be comforting. Especially since I’m a cancer patient. This is something my oncologist should be giving me direction with. As my primary doctor she should know what’s going on with me but if she isn’t using the information to understand how to treat me why would she make statements such as these.
