Non-existent front office staff/receptionist
Dr. Han's office was extremely difficult to get ahold of. In total, I probably called 50 times and reached voicemail during office operating hours and not once did they return a message. After multiple delays and mistakes with my treatment plan (simple mistakes such as sending incorrect lab orders or not sending them at all; that could have been easily remedied if I could get ahold of the doctor or her office easily) which caused a disruption in my medication, I was forced to change providers mid-treatment. I also found her bedside manner cold and not empathetic my side effects or concerns. Lastly, her chart notes were fabricated for liability reasons and mentioned many things that she never actually said during my appointments.

Dr. Han really took her time with me and went the extra mile during this pandemic. I am immunocompromised, and she and her team were respectful and were extra careful with all of the precautions. It is rare to find a physician that cares this much!

Found the entire experience really bad. The bill - nearly $300 for not a whole lot of thought nor opinion, the consult time with the doctor was for less than 5 minutes, yes you heard it. They brushed aside my concerns and just tried to tell me to do anything it would cost me thousands and thousands, this made it easy for her to do absolutely NOTHING. What a complete waste of time, worst experience i've EVER had with a doctor.
