I found Dr Broad to be very unprofessional
She is very unprofessional and immature. During my visit Dr Broad acted like she had other places to be and had no interest in what I was saying. She criticized and belittled other doctors in the area, this is absolutely unacceptable from a doctor. After the visit I had to contact the nurse for something, the nurse had to ask the Dr Broad. The nurse called back, I had another question and comment on what the doctor had the nurse relay back to me. The nurse again went back to the doctor, called me back and read a very snarky and rude response from the doctor. I would highly recommend finding a doctor that can act as a respectable, mature part of the office as well as the community!!

Dr. lacks patient communication skills.
I was recently dismissed by the Dr. for being inappropriate for sharing that I was not happy with the level of customer care the practice provided. Technicians not getting my name right, or my birthdate, after I had given them the info. She advised me at my annual last year that I am only allowed 20 minutes for my visit and topics had to be restricted to that time, other discussions required another visit. She advised me I needed to be on 1,000 a day diet which would have sent my metabolism into a spiral according to the nutritionist I went to see. And I was completely devastated when she placed by 19 year old daughter on anti-anxiety meds without first doing a complete psych evaluation or bloodwork to warrant the need. In my opinion, she would benefit from constructive criticism and learning that all patients need to be a participant in their healthcare approach and not a innocent bystander with no education or knowledge of their body. I would recommend that you look for another Dr.

Awesome Doctor amazing person
Dr Broad is amazing . I recently moved to the area and had another doctor after a year of no doctor. He happened to be over booked and she seen me to help with my medical issue , best thing to happen . ( not that first doc was bad ,I just connected much better with dr .Broad ) I was set up for a physical (had not had one in over 3 yrs being over 50) and my blood test come back with major concerns. She called my home that night (after hours) 7 pm and had an appointment next day with hospital, she was very caring and I could tell worried for me . She seen me as a person ,not just a patient. I am still dealing with my “medical issue” almost 3 months later ,and will the rest of my life . But the care and concern she showed was above and beyond what any doctor as done for me . Thank you Dr Broad . KimD- Dec 2022

Dr. Broad is friendly, caring, and listens to my concerns. We recently moved to the area and it is always hard changing doctors, too. She made the transition easy for me and my whole family.
