I have been a patient of Dr. A. Mapp for over 5 years and all of my experiences with her have been great. She is very personal, is very attentive to my needs, exams are very thorough and she cares about her patients. However, I dred calling to speak with the receptionist who is often unpleasant; she's responded sarcastically and other times argumentative on numerous occasion; sometimes I feel like I'm in "battle" sometimes , when I call to schedule an appointment.... shouldn't feel that way!
