Dr. Anna Land, MD

She is extremely unprofessional. I had an an appointment scheduled for 6:45 p.m. Her receptionist ( I’m assuming) Jasmine called early in the afternoon and left a voicemail trying to reschedule me for an earlier time. I was unable to because I had another Dr appointment in Tinley Park and my daughters open house. After attempting to reschedule my appointment and asking if I could come in at an earlier time via phone she cancelled my appointment 4 mins after my set arrival time. Jasmine called at 6:47 and asked if I was still coming. I stated yes and told her I was 5 mins away. She then called back at 6:49 and said the Dr was already gone. If you value your time please see a Dr who values your time also. Not someone who cancels your appointment because they want to go home early because you are unable to conform to their schedule at the last minute

Dr. Pacis is awesome. She took the time to explain to me my situation and what her plans were moving forward. I don't know what the previous reviewer was saying about Dr. Pacis not being good at comprehension. I felt extremely comfortable with her and feel she was able to get her points across. I had no problem understanding her and felt she understood me. I have no problem putting my trust in her. I will be returing as a patient.
