Need new staff!
The Dr was nice but…..It started with the inquiry phone call, it was very transactional. Zero warmth, almost like a disclaimer recording “it will be an additional $55 to be a walk in” (which in and of itself is nuts). There was a new lady at the counter who was lovely. She was their ray of hope. Then, we were taken to an exam room by a woman who clearly had a terrible day. She was miserable, cold, uncaring and gave the worst vibes ever (did I mention this is a pediatric practice?) Dr was nice enough, but she was in and out in 45 seconds after reviewing my son’s xray. “Not broken” (while pushing and pulling the area bringing him to tears). Then the miserable one returned to put his brace on, with no gentleness or empathy, contorting him into a brace with the tenderness of a bull. And sent us on our way. Best news is that his ankle was only bruised and we never have to go back there. If we do, and we see el miserable, we will ask for a different person to assist us. Good luck!

Thorough and compassionate care!
What started out as a nightmare tibia break turned into a smooth and strong recovery process. Dr Katsman listened carefully to my daughter’s interests and concerns to formulate two treatment options. She gave us her recommendation and rationale which allowed us to make a well informed decision.During recurring visits, Dr Katsman listened carefully and adjusted plans where needed to keep the recovery on track. Today was our last visit and we couldn’t be more grateful to Dr Katsman for her attention to the details, excellence in communication, and compassion she delivered.

I will not recommend this doctor
This visit my daughter was given the WRONG brace for the WRONG side. This is an error that should not have been made. We needed to come back a week later and were able to see a different doctor.
