Dr. Avaliani is an artist. She’s also warm, truly listens and always treats her patients with kindness and a light, natural touch.

Dr. Avaliani was so lovely and professional; she was also extremely informative and thoughtful—as well as providing me with an efficient, painless, and refreshing experience.

Disrespectful attitude. Rude. Overpriced procedures. They take money in advance for nothing.

Dr. Avaliani knows her craft. Her staff is very well trained by her and gets patients in and out efficiently while also responding to any questions. I see some reviews about the staff being pushy to sell, and I wonder why this is a negative to train young women how to be strong sales people. I found them also very customer service oriented, and Dr. Avaliani approaches beauty as an art. I recommend going in with an open mind.

I went to Dr Avaliani for consultation. At the end of the period there was a small wrinkle on my right chin and another on my left chin. She said that within a few seconds she can remove them.I said ok. It took exactly seconds on one side and about the same on the other side. I have been having skin skin treatments for many years and I normally pay $500 for treatments.The bill was $ 2300, which left me totally shocked. I was angry and questioned the huge bill.That was her price! I felt cheated and beyond angry. I will never go back nor recommend my friends to this doctor.

Dr Avaliani has treated me for TMJ with injections and they have greatly reduced and even eliminated my grinding with regular visits. This is helping to save my teeth! Plus, she’s smart and savvy with what she does, my visits are actually fun. Thanks Dr A and team!

From consultation to procedure to results, I couldn’t be happier. I had premature jowling and mid face sagging, and had done a fair amount of research about thread lifts. Dr. A focused first on my concerns rather than the procedure I was asking about, and once we decided thread lifts was the way forward she was able to do the procedure the same day. I was as comfortable as it is humanly possible to be during the procedure (the laughing gas is a major help!) and could see the lifting and tightening effects immediately afterward. I was slightly swollen for a few days, but two weeks later I look so much more youthful and refreshed, my jawline looks amazing, and I couldn’t ask for anything better than that!

This is probably the worst service I have ever received from a "professional" of any establishment that I have been. first, after literally almost two hours of delay on my appointment, under a mandatory $200.00 fee consultation with no refund, which is actually pretty unusual since most nyc offices and anywhere in the world or don't charge for consultation or charge way more reasonable than what is charged in this establishment. However, the worst thing is not even the value of the consultation fee, but Dr. anna, in the same expensive consultation fee that does not allow refund $200, said that I only would see difference if I used at least 4 ml of filling for my under eyes, ($3200). A suggestion totally unreasonable since I'm 29 years old and it's not the first time I've done this procedure at all and I've never needed to use more than one ml for my under eye area. I have lived in NYC, Paris and London over the last 20 years and I've been to numerous cosmetic surgeons in each city. Dr. Avaliani is by far the best. She clearly loves what she does and takes pride in doing the work herself -- no matter how non- invasive the procedure. She spent 30 minutes talking to me about various procedures and explained the nuances of each in a way that was clear and helpful, but also bespoke to my needs. I'm happy to say I'll be going to her for all my cosmetic needs. The office is immaculate and extremely organized, and the staff is not only very knowledgeable and professional, they go above and beyond when it comes to care and accommodation. I would highly recommend you see Dr. Avaliani even if it's just to learn more. She's exceptional.

I really want to share this to make sure people save their hard earned money and don’t trust this Doctor and her husband who stands in the waiting room trying to intimidate patients. She raves about what she calls “picosure” and “sculpture.” Both of these are outdated technologies that can permanently damage tissue. pico is a laser so strong it is only meant for tattoo removal. She actually took this to my fave and created a permanent dent in my nose. Also, she recommended 6 treatments for stretch marks of which zero worked. Sculpsure is worse- it’s painful and not effective. In fact, when used as aggressively as she does, it can cause permanent rippling. $10K later and down the toilet this doctor just left me with a big bill and no results. The only decent thing about her office is the lady who comes in to do laser hair removal. She was a pro, but even she is probably no longer there. I saw this doctor out years later and her mouth dropped. New doc babe

This was my first time getting work done and I was a bit nervous, but Dr. Avaliani made me feel really calm and secure about my choices and her recommendations. She did great work and was super efficient. I will definitely be coming back in the future to get more work done with her. :)

I read some very good reviews for Dr.Avaliani and boy am I happy I did. PICOSURE is not a procedure you want to leave to a trainee. Dr.Avaliani knows how to administer the right amount of laser without damaging your skin (very important) I have had a bad experience in the past with another place and i will not be gambling with my skin ever again! Thank you Dr. Avaliani for your honesty and knowledge. Lets not mention the masks/gowns/gloves and even FOOT booties that everyone wears while sanitizing EVERYTHING regularly in the patient rooms/main desk and bathrooms to keep the office 110% clean from the Covid19! From the first appointment to the second follow up , it’s a whole new experience. I wasn’t really happy with the result of my nose and I strongly believe that any skilled doctor would’ve done the job only once to get the result I needed since I’ve been watching different videos about this matter . I was literally asked what did I do to my nose? Instead of admitting that the filler wasn’t done proportionally .she was able to see where the issue is but she didn’t know if she had to dissolve it or add more ! Then she clearly stated that she accepts any type of criticism . However she won’t offer to fix what she done. At the end one lady came to me to let me know that I had to pay $1000 for the second time which is the exact same money for the procedure that should’ve been a success! I asked to speak to the Dr twice , she left the office and came back to tell me that she’s can’t since she’s working in some procedure and it will take her a long time.

Dr. Avaliani was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Listened to what was bothering me about my appearance and told me the reality and what she could do to make adjustments. Gave me recommendations and now I need to schedule appointment to put plan into action. Good bye spots and broken capillaries.

Just finished my second SculpSure treatment on my love handles,can't wait to see the result !!! Very pleased with he result after the first one. Amazing office, great doctor and very pleasant atmosphere.
