All receptionists are rude.
Scheduled appointment with Dr. Asloyan but she wasn't even in and they didn't tell me in advance - someone else was seeing me. Very rude receptionists - all of them. The only person is lovely and very professional there is the nurse Sveta - I give her 5 stars but not to the rest of the office. Do not go there....

Unprofessional unattentively office
The doctor calls me to speak to regarding my mother urgent condition. I call back the receptionist does not even hear what you have to say she just picks up the phone and then says " please hold " and leaves you there forever!

Great doctor
Very friendly staff, never waited in line for more than 15 minutes, the doctor is always on time and will give each patient at least 30 minutes. She is always very attentive and not indifferent to the problems of patients (I heard how she communicates with other patients). For about 3 years we have been patients of Dr. Asloyan and have never had any problems. I recommend this doctor to all my friends and family

I regret going to her. I had a routine physical and blood work. She uses her own lab for blood work, as well as independent labs. She refused to give me a copy of my test results that her lab did unless I go back for a follow-up visit. I am not required to go for a follow-up to get my test results, and I don't want to go. Her staff is surly and unprofessional when I call about my lab tests; they argue with me. I don't trust her, I don't recommend her, and I will never go back to her.

Dr. Asloyan is a rare gem of a doctor. It's difficult to find someone else who would just care as much and be as comprehensive in her exams and diagnosis. I have been going to her for over 10 years and my whole family goes to her. The only reason I would ever switch is if I moved away.

Dr. Asloyan used to be a fantastic doctor, but now I only see her out of habit. She doubts when I tell her my symptoms and dismisses them. I always feel rushed. Her office staff is occasionally pleasant, but mostly surly. They are unhelpful with insurance and appointment matters. When I am sick, I know I will have to go to a clinic, because it is impossible to get an appointment within a week. Saving grace: Sveta who draws blood is amazing: good at her job and very nice.

If I could give zero or minus one, I would.I haven`t been a patient with her practice, but I had a problem with her staff.I was looking for a new physician and went to her office and made an appointment.I was given a business card with all the information on it (scheduled date and time). But when I came in,I was told I don`t have an appointment. And office staff couldn`t explain anything to me.All I heard was "they don`t know how that happen".They didn`t even apologize.ABOMINABLE,UNHELPFUL STAFF!

i truly don't understand how she almost 5 stars. it is NOT easy to schedule an appt with her office. you can be dying with a high fever and all they can say she's booked for today. oh i see ... let me wait while my fever is almost 103 and throat is about to explode. will not be recommending her and most importantly will be switching to someone else who is not ALWAYS booked.
